I have seen buyers that are planning on opening a new store pay "build out costs" or a portion thereof and buy the competition.  As you know new franchises are averaging up to 450k to 500K to build.  We will create a professional Ad to sell your salon and will give you a detailed evaluation report showing the duplication cost of your salon and the value of the good will in a ala carte scenario.   The "good will" is the value of your contact list of tanning salon clients.   This list combined with the value of your build out and existing cash flow reflect the highest values for your tanning salon with the current market condition.

We Sell it Option #3*

When you purchase any of the above aggressive marketing plans or have us make you a customized marketing plan of your choice and prepay for your salons listing and upload fees to sell your salon:  we will handle negotiations of the sale for 5.9% (normally 12.9%)of your salons sale price.

 

We sell it Option #4*

When you prepay your salons monthly listing and one time upload fee, we will handle the negotiations and marketing of your salon for 6.9% (normally 13.9%) of the final sale price
